Charlie Trotter documentary at Hot Docs cinema until Jan 10th

Saw this film this afternoon and figured others interested in food might appreciate it. Only 2 more screenings left at Hot Docs cinema , Monday Jan 9 and Jan 10 both at 6:30 pm.

Edited to add – I brought my nephew who has interest in going to culinary school. He really liked it as did I. Definitely worth a watch. After you do also watch the documentary on Grant Achatz and Curtis Duffy which are both mentioned in this documentary.
