Recently through the internet, I have seen a rise in “no waste” or more environmentally conscious restaurants:

I also saw this YouTube video on a restaurant from London called Silo \[[Google Maps link](https://goo.gl/maps/1qwjcPsN8zBErzJu9)\]: [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QTSUpDKvZpk&t=21s](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QTSUpDKvZpk&t=21s)
Are there restaurants in Austin attempting to be this environmentally conscious and sustainable? (making sure they reduce their food waste, increase the use of biodegradable or compostable products in the kitchen or to-go packaging instead of plastic, buy local ingredients, etc)
I did notice this article from 2018 that describes that restaurants will not be allowed to throw away food: [https://austin.eater.com/2018/10/4/17936462/austin-restaurants-zero-waste-ordinance-composting-food](https://austin.eater.com/2018/10/4/17936462/austin-restaurants-zero-waste-ordinance-composting-food)
I did try Googling this, and found this list of restaurants in Austin that are trying to be environmentally conscious:

How can I contribute so that more restaurants embody this culture?

Again?!?
Are you going to ask every two weeks about no waste restaurants, open kitchens, and the usage of teflon pans?
Here we go again….
Go out to Young’s Dairy Prairie in Elgin and I think they will let you jump under a cow and just latch on. Make sure you clean off the teat when you are done, you can just use your shirt for that. Go squirrel mode and keep it in your cheeks to take some home.
