

This is my first attempt at Tonkotsu ramen after extensive amounts of research on it and becoming virtually obsessed with this ramen after trying it at a local spot where I live. I topped it with some Chashu Pork, Menma, Nori, Green Onions, Ajitama, and a Homemade Chili oil. Second Slide is a picture of the broth itself because that white color admittedly wasn’t so strong after adding the Shoyu Tare I made for the bowl. Overall a very fun experience and I look to post many more bowls in the future 😅.
