Wow, he recognized him lol. Weird review but it was quick and simple I guess. 7.7 is good, I think that is fair but people hearing that will think it is a bad score.

I feel like with these reviews if you’re outside of New England/New York you start with a -0.3 at the very least just from the bias.

I spent a lot of my youth in the NE and know Papa Gino’s well. I have also eaten Pedrosos a couple of times. There is no damn way that Pedrosos is anything like Papa Gino’s except that they are both pizza.
I personally think his taste in Pizza is pretty narrow. I’ve eaten at most of his top scored places before and agree with him on those… but I’ve also seen him rate places too low IMO just because they do not fit his taste. I would suggest that anyone who watched that review and his Sammataro review go try them for themselves.
