  1. Eureka! I read about LAX-C years ago, was excited to visit, and then somehow lost track of it. Later on, I couldn’t figure out the right search to track it down. I will go this weekend. Experiences? Suggestions?

if you go grocery shopping some things have high turnover and are safe to buy. some things sit on the shelf longer like some sauces etc and can be expired and their quality control isn’t as good so check stuff carefully. love this place.

Whoa I didn’t know they did this on the weekends, thanks for posting.

Thai Costco is pretty sweet; great to just wander it and see all the options for different things to buy (but also check the expiration date for some of the sauces and things they sell).

Also, Chimney Coffee House in the same strip is good too.

The weekday lunch deal is a great grab. No god damn idea what I’m eating though

The little coconut cakes were the BEST find.

I had them in Bangkok and remember thinking “enjoy these, you’ll never get them again”

Then randomly was buying stuff at LAX-C and saw her stall and thought they couldn’t be the same…the ones in Thailand had onions on some of them but otherwise, SAME! So happy. I love LAX-C.

Best place to get a full on sack of msg. LAX-C is amazing. There is also a full warehouse of dope furniture, cookware, and whatchamagigs attached

Mae Tings Coconut Cakes and some skewers. Go inside and get some krapow gai. Get a khao man gai to go, super good sauce. The curries are hot. This place has Thai restaurant owners and cooks in mind not farang so it’s legit
