Los Angeles job boards, future brands will include marketing hospitality marketing

Hi Reddit Family:

CuratedLA has been approved to run a [Pallet Collective](https://www.pallet.com/), which is a group of talented candidates and brand leaders who can connect with each other based on a candidate’s niche scope of work and a brand’s roadmap. The [CuratedLA Collective](https://curatedla.pallet.com/) is an invite-only process, as we want to house our Collective with curators of awesome talent and leading brands of interest. But know that we have much love for this Los Angeles Subreddit, and Reddit as a whole. Job-seekers have free access to the CuratedLA Collective after being approved to our Collective.

Brands can connect with talent by sending an intro request to a candidate, which gets forwarded by the community lead. If the candidate accepts, the two parties can start conversations within separate email exchanges.

We are in pre-launch and are marketing the CuratedLA Collective through various channels, including a [ProductHunt](https://producthunt.com/) launch, our access to [AngelList Talent](https://angel.co/) (now Wellfound) sourcing, niche subreddits, [PhantomBuster](https://phantombuster.com/) drip campaigns, personal and professional circles of the CuratedLA audience, LinkedIn and cross-platform recommendations.

The founder of [CuratedLA](https://curatedla.xyz/) has a personal background in recruiting and has worked for companies like Apple, Pearson, and Cengage Group.

CuratedLA has also partnered with a community-collaborative program that showcases events, further freeing up time as our job listings and calendar sections of the CuratedLA platform were the most time-consuming to complete.
