Is that for one breakfast burrito…that uses ingredients that I can buy and make my own at home? No thanks

Honestly, around $20 for a meal seems pretty typical for eating out nowadays.

I recommend the breakfast burrito from Lokal down the street on Main and 5th. It’s a little bigger, almost as good, and about $10.

I rather go to Lucky Boy for that Breakfast Burrito

  5. Wake & Late used to be so good.

I’m ok with price increases, but they also threw their quality & quantity out the window. Guess that’s what it takes for them to open up 3 more restaurants?

You can do better but that’s really not that terrible, for LA or elsewhere in 2023

OMG yes it’s so expensive for a little pocket taco.

literally made a new account to comment on this. I’ll never forgive this place for the time I ordered it on postmates for pickup. I showed up and the guy running it told me with a smile “we don’t start cookin’ it til you show up!” like that was a good thing. What. I ended up having to wait in a crowd for like 25 minutes. I never went back, never will go back, and I lived a few blocks away.

If it’s good quality bacon, cheese , and eggs then makes sense. I went to flame broiler and a bowl was 12
    Bucks so theres that

Price keeps going up while the burritos keep getting smaller. Even worse in delivery apps where on top of the usual service fees they add a $1 “bag fee”.

  11. Yeah it’s sad to see that they’ve fallen off. The burritos taste great, but for the value….damn.

Lot of fuckers have way too much disposable income…

does anyone know what’s going on with the new santa monica location?

Have you guys seen their rugelach? I was able to grab some when they were giving them out for free in December. I believe they sell two pieces for $5 or $6. They’re tiny, like, one bite per piece.

I love their bacon burrito, but don’t think I’ll be going back. I refuse to pay $18+ for that tiny burrito.

I’d like to point out that the idiot who said burritos cost $20 everywhere (which is patently false and you have to be dumber than my last ten shits to have upvoted him) immediately blocked me after responding to my response.

Which is what you do when you’re a liar and a little kid.

Dang that is pricey! I thought it was a combo… a slice of bacon, one burrito, a side of potatoes, desert and coffee lol

never heard of it, but the name of that place sounds stupid af and youd think a place with $16.50 burritos would have a presentable receipt lol:

    1. kid scribbling black and white composite logo

    2. email in the phone number field

    3. abbreviated server names

    4. non descript charges

    5. times on there twice

    6. misaligned receipt with edge missing

also knowing nothing of this business, i correctly guessed that the owner was a zoomer
