
1 eat once a day. The bowl has boiled eggs, tuna, pecans, sunflower seeds, almonds and olive oil.
I’m a bit worried about the vegetables, I Know peas, carrots, and onions are not ideal on keto, but with me only eating once a day I feel I can have peas, carrots, or onions and I won’t surpass my goal of 20 grams of carbs per day.
Some veggies I eat weekly: Peas & Carrots or just
Carrots Brussels Sprouts Cauliflower Zucchini
Yellow Squash Mushrooms Asparagus Cabbage
Green Beans

Start weighing your stuff and look up the carbs
Green beans and carrots are high. I’m sure peas as well.
Look up each nut. Almonds fine…other nuts you need to check.
I cannot say for sure under 20. Remember everything has carbs on the label 0 is often just under 1 carb per serving. It adds up if you eating big portions and have veggies higher in carbs.
