Pictured is their new Trenton style pie for 19. It’s a tomato pie with cheese. Simple, crispy and very tasty. I do prefer their NY pizza tho for that cheesier pull and overall satisfaction. The Stromboli classic for 15 dollars is my favorite favorite Stromboli in Austin with Mozzarella, Sausage, Capocollo, American Cheese and Roasted Red Peppers. Finished with Pecorino Cheese, Oregano, and Garlic EVOO. Anyways, they’re located at 8315 burnet Rd. And I still think they have the best pizza in Austin. Friendly people too!

Pedroso’s is a real gem. I’ll admit to being a jerk about Austin pizza in general (I’m a New Yorker, and the pizza thing is an obnoxious sticking point for me), but even I’m impressed by the quality of the Pedroso’s pies. If I lived closer, I’d be there all the time.

Agree! Pedroso’s is the BEST! Have you tried their caprese salad? It’s delicious and super fresh everytime. The owners are so friendly!

I had the Ricotta and pepperoni from there. It was good, but undercooked like every other local elevated pizza place. I love the char you’ll find in the northeast.

Lol I have been studying Korean for a little over a year and I watch kdramas to help with my listening skills… If the pizza in the rest of Asia is anything like what I see in the shows and have heard described in language forums by people living there, I can only imagine how good that return pizza must taste 😆

Man, I do not get the love for this place. Crust was too puffy and there wasn’t enough cheese. Really disappointing, especially after all this hype.
