    Overcook some oysters in a starch slurry which is just a flavorless filler so include some spring onion sin there, season with a little soy, crack an egg over the top, flip, don’t forget to overcook the egg, add some lettuce and flip again making sure the lettuce loses any and all character, finally drown it in a sauce that will cover all the mistakes you just made.
