I use the recipe conversion for a 12” skillet that’s one of the top comments on the SE page, I can post it if anyone can’t find it.
My dough ended up fermenting an extra day in the fridge because life… it was wonderful, I’ll probably start giving it a couple days in the fridge like I do when I make Kenji’s Low-Knead bread.
