This location on Barton Springs is absolutely the worst in terms of the quality of their meat. It’s so popular for some reason they have sacrificed the quality to meet demand. Also, being that this location’s pit master was not part of the original in Lockhart, or even the one on Guadalupe which is leaps and bounds better than this location.
