Just wanted to show my spread from Comadre. I heard great things and wanted to try the Concha. https://comadrepanaderia.com/ their website for reference. Everything was delicious but the bean, egg, cheese empanada was something special. Next time i’ll order a bunch of those. She sells out pretty quick so set a alarm. I had no problems preordering right at 10 am.

I love comadre!! I love the conchas and am a huge fan of the gansitos she makes with chocolate and pink peppercorn but haven’t seen them in a while. But I enjoy that she rotates the menu pretty much every week with new/different stuff.

Comadre is so damn good. IMO, they have the best tres leches in town. We special ordered one and it was phenomenal. I can’t wait for her to open up her brick and mortar.

Can confirm that Comadre is amazing! I’ve ordered three times now, and each time have been blown away. The empanadas you’re talking about are to die for. She also has some lemon or lime fritters that I’ve been thinking about for weeks! She also has a focaccia that’s delicious. The flavor combinations are interesting and different. I’ve been holding myself back from ordering every week, haha.

Well, now I’m just sad I didn’t get my order placed this week. Comadre is fantastic and she does a lot to give back to her community, too. She plays with flavors every week so there’s always something new to try. And everything is very reasonably priced (per piece) so you can try a lot without breaking the bank.
