Where to find the best meals for $10 or less on Scarborough’s Golden Mile [Toronto Life]

Minerva Tiffins was great, when I went in the spring. The wait can be a bit long. The take-home dosas couldn’t stay crispy, so recommend you eat in the mini food court there.
I’ve been reading that Shirin Kebab isn’t as good as it used to be, via gmap reviews.
In the same plaza as Minerva is Chaiwalla – their masala mogo (though a bit expensive for fries) were great – mogo are made w cassava root, and have plenty of natural nooks/crannies for maximum fried surface area.

Love Alforat. Didn’t really care for the masala dosa at Minerva, Chola on Shepherd is way better.
