    I’m not South Korean but I adore Korean food. It’s pretty much all I make and eat. I try to find authentic recipes and use Korean ingredients. I don’t know what goes together normally so I mix it up. Tonight has a lot of radish!

    Seasoned dried radish

    Cabbage kimchi and pa kimchi

    Seasoned soybean sprouts

    Rice with seaweed and an egg

    Radish and seaweed soup. I made it up, similar to Mu guk but used anchovy broth, seaweed, no beef

    Radish water kimchi w/ yeolmu and minari.
