A sort of spin on oatmeal I suppose, inspired by Dr. Gregor’s whole grain bowls.
I cooked the quinoa ahead of time in the instant pot with some coconut milk and cinnamon. Then mixed it with soaked chia seeds. And now each morning I just top it off with some fresh cold plant milk, a drizzle of maple syrup, peanut butter and frozen fruit 🙂
