I am trying to make Chinese seaweed salad but I am having trouble finding the right shape of seaweed for it. All I can find is the flat dried wakame for soups and sushi. Anyone please help 🙁

If you go to a Chinese supermarket and show them 海带 and a picture of the product they’ll point you in the right direction. Undoubtedly Galleria and any Korean/Japanese grocers will also carry it.
Try P.A.T. in Koreatown, they have tons of different seaweed.
You need kombu. Go to T&T on college just west of Spadina.
