Irv’s is a fucking great burger. Is it really necessary for them to expand? What’s wrong with having 1 location where you can QC properly and maintain a nice vibe. La Brea & Olympic is not even pedestrian friendly. If you told me it was opening on La Brea and Wilshire that would be different, but still we don’t need all of our good restaurants to become multi location mini chains.

Bummed that Top Round is gone, but at least the replacement is quality.

I was disappointed that Top Round closed but their quality took a massive nose dive while prices skyrocketed. Plus they got really chintzy on portions so it wasn’t worth it. I really hope Irv’s succeeds.

Irv’s is good value. It’s not in my top 10 in LA.
