This has been one of our go to places for years specifically for their vegetarian/vegan options. Their chicken and pork chashu ramen is good but the veggie options are the real highlight here. This is my favorite bowl for when I’m in the mood for ramen but want something lighter than the rich and heavy pork ramen at our other favorite spots. There’s a new truffle mushroom ramen on the menu that I’m definitely trying soon. If you’re looking for a good veggie ramen, this place is a must try.
