Kenji is using a butane burner in his crispy smashed croissant video, anyone know what model it is?
As a side note, does anyone have any other recommendations for butane burners, preferably available in Australia? Looking for something with a high output suitable for wok cooking but there don’t seem to be many choices here apart from the $25 camp cookers with 8.5k BTU.

I didn’t watch the whole video so I didn’t see the part where he uses a burner. But I’ve seen him use one in past videos that is an Iwatani. I have one of those and I’m happy with it.
