Soft opening, highly recommend reservations through their website https://www.soupleafhotpot.com/ . Walks ins are limited. They are doing 25% off for soft opening not sure for how long, I overheard for 3 weeks since they are still training and looking for feedback. Quite a variety of vegetables, noodles, mushrooms and other sides, different broths and sauces are included in the AYCE price. Meat and seafood not included. Broth is a little on the light side for me. But overall space is great, everything looks fresh. Broths are made in house daily.

How is the place for Solo Dining during Lunch time hours?

Check this out today and I enjoyed it. Make sure to do a reservation. I saw them turning people away who didn’t make them after offering to book them a future spot.

What meat did you get there, pork jowl?
Looks amazing. I’d have a hard time choosing from the meat and seafood selection there tbh, I’d have to get pork belly or jowl plus prime Angus plus scallops to start. I like how easy they make it to understand and order.
What soup did you try? Miso dashi looks like it would be my first choice tbh.

AYCE is an improvement over the one other Hot Pot place up in lakeline area.

I mean, it’s not AYCE if the meat isn’t included. I’d rather pay more like kbbq across the street so I could try everything and it not cost an insane amount.

i used to work in this suite when it was an office for a political campaign, and there were a couple other campaigns that had their office there after us. it was such a terrible place to work, most of it was windowless. i was very happy when i saw this restaurant being put in, the curse has been lifted

Very specific q – for those who have gone, do they have enoki mushrooms? Mala / meat broth soaked enoki is next level!
