    Very nice! I love Hua Hin, been there 5 times.

    Well you’ve never had fish in Thailand. It is what you call a steamed lemon fish with garlic. Yes it is gutted. This is one of life’s Little pleasures. One of my favorite dishes.

    Actually it’s pork belly and yes it’s fried.

    Yes you can drink the juice that is resting in, it’s lemon juice. No you don’t soak it up with rice. You eat the meat of the fish, the Thai people eat the skin. I don’t eat the skin but I do love the flesh.
