JCHF isn’t a place you’ll hear about much, they serve a pretty specific noodle dish that doesn’t get much publicity. However, the place is packed with Chinese people looking for this regional specialty. Noodles and meatballs are made in-house, I highly recommend a slight drizzle of Szechuan pepper oil to jazz it up.
