One of the sgv’s stalwart, old school noodle houses, Kim Ky serves teochew (chaozhou) food. I normally go for rice noodles, but felt like egg this day.

The best! I usually get dry noodles with soup on the side. I love to dress it up with garlic oil, hot peppers, and vinegar.
