TIL that if you dry-sauté your shirataki noodles before you stir fry them with your other ingredients/sauce, the taste and texture is 300% better!
This is a package of Tofu Shirataki Fettuccine (20 cal) and one small bundle of air dried wheat noodles (94 cal). It’s all about the volume for me!
The scale looks weird in this photo but it’s a 40 oz plate-bowl 🙂
