Madras masala (Bloor & Ossington) and South Indian dosa mahal (Bloor & Lansdowne, or Roncesvalles) are the ones for me
Just one answer – Gurulakshmi in Mississauga. Just one place that makes it almost as good as home made. Let me know how you find it 🙂
I think Dosa Den is underrated in Brampton

I’ve heard recos for gurulakshmi also, personally recommending the garlic mint dosa from South Indian Dosa Mahal at roncey-queen. haven’t had their paper malasa dosa, but their garlic mint is great. The flour they use is ground coarse than other places, adding such an interesting texture and flavour.

Saravanna Bhavan comes very close to being the best that is Gurulukshmi
