    I prefer to cook my tofu so its crispy and then make a soy sauce based glaze with some gochujang, some sweetener and other aromatics in which I coat the crispy tofu. Cuz raw tofu just tastes bland to me and texturally it isn’t the best.

    I hate to be the guy to say this but a california roll has rice on the outside. That is a kimbab lol
