Small nitpick but I’m not really a fan of the entire meal being laid out all at once. They do this at Yasuda in NYC and unless you’re doing it on a lunch timeline, it just tastes better for it to be coursed out.

Best omakase deal is town for price/quality is Sushi Chitose on PCH in Redondo. $65 per last time we went. Reservations for the bar required.
