Recipe: St. Louis spare ribs. BBQ rub and 4 hours on high in the crockpot. Then baste with hot bbq sauce and broil for a few minutes to get a nice crust.
Tender as hell, despite a lot of the fat rendering out in the slow cooker. Didn’t get any pictures post-broil because they were devoured 😛
