Two servings:
One whole banana (Around 105g)
Two large eggs (140g)
30g oatmeal
Two teaspoons Honey (12g)
A drizzle of Maple syrup (10g)
A dollop of quark or greek yoghurt (65g)
3/4ths of the banana in a blender with two eggs until frothy
Toast oatmeal dry on a frying pan
Put oatmeal in container
Mix oatmeal with frothy egg-banana batter and two tablespoons honey
Spray some oil on frying pan
Pour batter and let cook on low heat under lid
Serve with a drizzle of Maple syrup and the quark/greek yoghurt. Chia seeds and the remaining banana cut into thin slices for decor.
One serving is half an omelette and has 340 kcal for 16g protein
