Hilariously, this has happened. I have a pet rabbit. He’s an old boy that basically never leaves his cage (he can open it whenever he wants, he just never does). Well this morning my partner found him out and let him hang out, wandering around unknowing of the carnage. Thankfully the little shit is cute and these were back ups I don’t need so I’ll allow it.

Surprisingly enough I have had little trouble with snackers this year thanks to a broad wing hawk that moved in the neighborhood lately. Alas. No season is complete without a seedling attack.

Take his dookie and return what he stole back to your vegetable patch

I have a house bunny, if he says those were his seedlings they were. My bun is so much more stubborn than my cat.

Consider not growing the garden seedlings directly on rabbit turf level such as the floor (AKA kid proofing).

Also, consider growing fresh greens purely for the wabbit on a regular basis, but put a cage around it as it grows until you want it to be eaten then deliver it to wabbit for consumption as a treat.
