Finally made a good fresh pasta after making some very bad ones

    Used the NYT Cooking pasta recipe by Melissa Clark

    Pesto was basil, parsley, pine nuts, garlic, parm, salt, olive oil

    Chicken breast was sous vide’d at 140 for 2 hrs then grilled to finish
