Any time I’ve been to Mexico these are just called tacos
EDIT for all the mom’s-basement-dwelling retards downvoting me, I’ve been all across the US and everyone calls tacos like what OP posted ”street tacos.” However in the many times I’ve been to Mexico, they literally just refer to these as ”tacos,” not ”street tacos”
