    I boiled and sautéed them in butter and garlic, sautéed asparagus and peas with salt, pepper, red pepper flakes. I crisped up prosciutto in the oven, crumbled that in and squeeze in a lemon and some zest. Pasta water and parm cheese to make it saucy. Would have used some white wine but I drank it, oops
