This isn’t Japanese! I was curious because I live in Japan and would love to have tried this, but I haven’t seen anything like this before (not to say it couldn’t be a single unique shop making a unique product) However the staff is wearing a shirt with some Southeast Asian script on it (maybe Thai?) and the people in the back are definitely not Japanese, so I think this is incorrectly labeled!
