Just want to add that the full name is Crudo e Nudo in Santa Monica. The place is amazing. The chef just opened a second restaurant named Isla not too far from here.

If that white fish is escolar that explains the diarrhea. Such a tasty sashimi, but it can cause diarrhea if you eat a lot of it. I am a risk taker, and often get Escolar in new England sashimi joints. Sometimes they call it white tuna. Google it. This meal looks fabulous. I need to visit California someday:)
