Gotta be my new favorite spot in LA. Consistent and everyone who works there is so friendly.

I prefer Bollywood cafe across the street. Their vegetarian dinner for 2 is a great deal.

Oh I LOVE that place!!! We have a new family ritual the past couple of years, we go there (or get takeout) for Christmas dinner. It’s so festive and fragrant, we really love it. They are so friendly and nice, too!

Oh man! BEST Indian food in this city.

LOVE Lal Mirch! I was so worried they wouldn’t last through Covid lockdowns and they’ve only gotten busier. The food and service are always excellent.

I’ve seen all the hype so I tried this spot. Don’t hate me, but I was severely let down by watery curries and pasty samosas. I really did want to love it but I’m not sure why everyone is so stoked.

This is my absolute favorite Indian Restaurant in the city, and I think it might be LA’s best Indian food (Woodland Indian in Chatsworth is a close 2nd). Their Mango Tikka Masala is awesome and probably the best vegetable korma in town. They don’t have a liquor license but they do allow you to BYOB and don’t do any corking fees which is nice. They have a 2nd location in Agoura Hills but for some reason it isn’t as good. I’ve tried it twice now and both times is was just kinda lackluster.
