I am so excited. Today, I saw my first hummingbird this year. After 6 weeks of putting out feeders and changing them out every few days, my determination finally paid off. I am so excited. Northeast Missouri, 2 hours north of St. Louis. May 1, 2023
Hey Robbie ๐ฅฐ

Good afternoon Robbie ๐ ๐
Can you please answer a question alot of us have! What breed of black chickens do you have?
Sweet!!! I bought the same drink~ Container ( with gray lid )
at the Dollar Store for my compost and put it in one of my big planting containers.
Happy May 1st Everyone
I love the rose scented geranium and have gradually been integrating veggies plantings with perennial flowers and herbs. I am not sure but it seems to me that this mixing of strong smelling herbs & flowers with veggie crops discourages (confuses) pests (like cabbage moth) or other problem bugs. That is the theory any way and I do have fewer problems.
All your geraniums are beautiful. Makes a big difference in the way your yard looks. I love seeing all the new babies starting to take off. I'm trying to add more flowers to my beds this year.
Hey Robbie, I know you know what yer doing, but bcuz it's staying cold, couldn't you drape the rolls of clear plastic over the tubing to make like a greenhouse? Used to be $7 for a 25ft roll at Walmart but now like $20 a roll I think. Husky brand. I'm not talking covering all of your entire massive garden areas, just certain plants you want to protect from the wet and cold.
That is absolutely gorgeous Robbie๐ฅฐ
Good afternoon Robbie, I have been busy transplanting my zinnia sprouts here in Yacolt Washington ,we had a couple of 70 plus degrees, Now back in the 50's for the next couple of weeks, ugh
You should grow your watermellons in your truck bed

Good morning! May 2nd in Malaysia… always looking forward a long video from Robbie so i can sit longer while enjoying my breakfast ๐
I saw my first hummingbird today! It's finally time, everyone!! Weird though, normally I see a male ruby throat first. This year, a female was first. Although it's been chilly, I haven't been watching my feeders like a hawk. I also spotted a rose breasted grosbeak. That's a first at my feeders. Woohooo!
just wondering how much acreage you have & how much of it is garden? thanks!!
Love the chair garden
Nice garden tour. What is a tree collard. Never heard of them. What do you use them for
Thanks for your videos & tips. I'm in zone 8 Washington state. For the first time I've started lettuce & kale. I've rewatched some of your seed-starting tip videos to help me.
I've also started a chayote squash inside & now the temps are just about right to move it outside, set up more supports for it & hope it will produce the fruit in a couple of months. Do you or Gary have any experience with growing chayote or various ways to eat/prepare it? I'm trying to learn as much as I can.
Thank you again for sharing your experiences.
๐ฎ great
Do the plants have female and males on one plant or can they have both on one plant. I am growing some this year and never don't know much about them. Thank you for sharing your knowledge with us. I hope you have a wonderful week.
You are so inspirational
Robbie. I just started watching your covid vids. Wow. I felt the same way you did. But we won. Love youโคโคโคโคโคโค
I keep looking for some cast away chairs ๐๐๐๐โค
Howdy, Robbie!๐ Really nice garden tour. You are doing so well getting to all your gardens.๐
Make mini greenhouses for your watermelon sprouts…put a plastic jug over them. It works great.๐
Y'all have made a beautiful edible landscape! ๐Hello to Miss Kitty!๐๐
Waiting for the "behind the curtain" reveal.
Maybe build a small wall or terrance the hill to keep the soil in place when those crazze rains come through
I recently purchased a new mint. Ricola Mint , it smells amazing ! Can't wait to use it.
Lol I can't remember anything… but I'm getting better from watching you Gardners and I am in San Bernardino foothills so I pay close attention to your advise. Tx
Thanks great video โค
Another great video, Robbie. What variety of lettuce do you grow that is more heat tolerant than some other varieties? I'd like to get myself some.
