I was planning on checking out Bao Mama but it appears it’s closed down. Any recs for a place that does baos with yummy combinations? Preferably east end. I used to love ban mi boys, but ever since they changed the breading on the fried chicken bao, it’s not that great to me anymore
As a Banh Mi Boys fan (I lived near the Queen W location and went there around once a week), Pinkerton’s Snack Bar on Gerrard E makes some of the best baos around.

Los Vietnamita Taqueria. They finally have a brick and mortar shop after being a food truck for years. They’re comparable to Banh Mi Boys when they first opened.

They’ll be in Scarb in early May
They opened the fixed location less than a year ago, this seems unusual.
If you’re ever in Mississauga, check out Bao Bar

This place is yummy!
Not particularly outlandish ingredient combinations, but Mae Li Market does have baos available.
