Ramen Tatsunoya. Feels like first love every time.
I got their tonkotsu ramen with egg and wood ear mushrooms. Garnished slightly with their house chili paste. And an appetizer of the tatsunoya roll.

I never thought I was a cheese in ramen person, but the Silver Lake location has a curry ramen with cheese that is excellent. I add lettuce to make it even better.

Frankly I don’t get the 2.50 for 1oz of jullianed lettuce but holy fuck they are legit amazing, price aside

Their table side red pepper sauce is freaking amazing. I have tried to recreate it but failed.

I really love Hachioji’s ramen. Was recommended Tatsunoya by the same person and the the looks of it, he knows the good spots. Definitely going to check it out.
