Hi folks, I’m new to using slow cookers and I’m prepping a stew for tomorrow. I’ve followed the recipe to a T but it looks awfully dry. I have 1 1/2 cups of beef stock and 1 cup of red wine, is that enough? Will it be ok to cook for 8-10 hours?

All the juices from everything will add to the volume of liquid in there
A lot will come out of the veg but I would help it along by cutting those potatoes into 4 pieces.
Edit: if in doubt stir through half way
It’s plenty!
For something like that I usually only put a cup of liquid in. You should be more than fine.
