Pork chop sandwich was tasty and cooked really well. They do a scallion oil instead of the typical mayo which I kinda missed. Only real complaint was that it’s hard to eat. Everything just slid around and out of the sandwich. Think it was because the pickles were cut too thick?
Chow Udon was tasty but a little too saucy and salty for my tastes. I love this flavor profile (oyster sauce and wok hei) but it was just a bit too overpowering. Maybe too much soy. Lime was a nice touch.
Definitely not cheap but i enjoyed it and would go back to try more.

This place is overrated.
The owners posted a rant a while back about some patrons not tipping which in turn impacted how their staff was paid. Fuck this place for not paying their people a fair wage and on top of that putting their customers on blast.
