Ramen Tatsu-ya has indeed brought back the Tsukemen (revamped but still AMAZING)

I was hesitant/skeptical when they said it was a whole new recipe but much like *Mad Max Fury Road* and *Bladerunner 2049*, it’s different in many ways while still maintaining the integrity and soul of the original.

This looks *vaguely* like dipping noodles I had in Tokyo. I’ll give it a shot! 😃👍

Do you know if that’s at all locations?

I had ramen tatsuya the other night and it was so disappointing. Possibly the worst ramen ive ever had.

    YAY!!!!!!! What location is this?

No idea how well stocked it is with it just being back, but I just had some at Lakeline after seeing this post. Glad I was wrong about them never bringing it back.
It’s different, but not by enough to be a problem. It has a slightly less heavy, little bit of citrus-y flavor and it’s delicious AF.

For the experts – what does it bring to the table over trad ramen?

I tried it too. It tastes worse and I feel pretty upset that they did this. The new broth tastes like smokey barbecue

  9. Bbq ramen has a tsukemen. Similar price point to tatsuya, i was surprised it wasn’t in their heigher tier of restaurants. Definitely recommend 👌🏼

I remember like 2015ish when they did a Tsukemen collaboration with Franklin’s. Fuckin unreal

You know it’s good when the bowls are clean!

  12. How is it a rumor if it’s advertised all over social media?

This was my favorite dish in Austin before it was discontinued. Very excited to try it, but also a bit skeptical.
