This was my first time at Lawry’s, and it exceeded expectations. All of the food and drinks were delicious. I was here for a special occasion, but it felt casual enough that you could wear jeans if you wanted and not feel out of place. Service was genuinely friendly. Highly recommended.

Shrimp cocktail and the lobster tails? Y’all did it the right way.
Anyone that doesn’t like Lawrys is just a contrarian.

Lovely pictures!! Three tips for next time:
1. Tam O’Shanter in Los Feliz is in the same family of restaurants. If you go there (i.e. for their fresh-carved sandwiches, which are AWESOME), or just for a less fancy schmancy meal, join their loyalty club. You’ll end up with discounts at either Tam OR Lawry’s Prime Rib, which can really add up (we ended up with $50 off last time). 2. If it’s your birthday, you can often get a free dessert (again, via the loyalty club). 3. They USED to have CC Brown’s hot fudge, the legendary home made hot fudge at the legendary former ice cream joint on Hollywood Blvd. Don’t know if they still do, but worth a try for next time!

Love Lawrys, the vibe and the whole presentation of the spinning salad etc are so lovely. I’ve never had a non suberb experience there. And I make beef broth with my leftovers! This makes me want to go back!!
Also – the whipped horseradish, yes.

😍😍😍 their English trifle is really good, too. And man, the bartenders make really quality cocktails.

I’ve never been to Lawry’s but it looks really good. I usually hit my local spot the San Franciscan when I want prime rib. You did great with that order though.

That prime rib is perfect!

I tried prime rib in Vegas once and it was not what I expected it’s one of those foods I want to like but I’m afraid to spend a lot on a cut and not like it.

That meat presentation looks disgusting and effortless, they didnt even take the time to clean the sides of the plate from the sauce. 60$ for mashed potatoes and uncooked meat god damn bro come to europe

Oh man, I am so excited to see this! I have $150 in gift cards that were given to me for XMas from a company I do biz with. I cannot WAIT to get “dolled up” to go have dinner there. Thanks for posting!

I need to go back there and let a Friday [happy hour](https://www.lawrysonline.com/lawrys-the-prime-rib-beverly-hills/happenings/happy-hour-beverly-hills) turn into dinner after a couple glasses of Veuve.
