Black beans and rice

    Recipe: Soak black beans overnight.  Rinse, and put in pressure cooker with water and cook for 20 min with garlic (i used 3 cloves), salt, pepper, and finely chopped onion.  Let out steam and boil more for 3 min with finely chopped kale (can use whatever leafy greens really). Add tomatoes, cumin powder, onion powder, cayenne powder, and cook for a few more min and stir/mix.  Place on top or next to cooked rice and add salsa or pico de gallo if you want.
    Can you canned beans for faster prep.
