Anywhere with Belgian Waterzooi (Ghent style with fish preferably)?

This might be a bit “out there,” but anyone know of any Belgian places in the general region with [Waterzooi](https://www.bruzbeers.com/blog-posts/2021/9/22/waterzooi-the-classic-dish-of-ghent)? This is more nostalgic than anything — I had a very nice trip in Ghent a few years back, and my “boyfriend for the week” (cough from Grindr cough) introduced me to this dish along with Moules Frites.

Belgian Bistro in Laguna Beach and San Clemente is the closest to a Belgian restaurant I’ve been able to find online, but they don’t have it on their menu.

Also open to general recs for where I can get Belgian Trappist beer
