Fun fact, the Japanese name for a chicken and egg rice bowl is “oyakodon” which literally translates to parent and child. Kind of dark but such a great combo!

These don’t look overcooked (unless you were going for soft boiled eggs).
For years growing up I just assumed hard boiled egg yolks were green. Didn’t learn till later that was if they were overcooked lol
