I made kimchi last week, kept it airtight mit plastic wrap and an airtight container. Now i’ve opened it and all the leave-parts of the cabbage look very patchy and have these white spots all over them. Can someone tell me if this is mold or if it’s just the leave that looks like that? Thanks!
