    12oz USDA Prime sirloin pan seared and basted in Mauviel 12.5″ carbon steel, to 135ºF center (MEATER Plus). Dansk blue cheese, butter, cream and arrowroot whisked in Mauviel copper saucepan on low heat. Oven-baked Russet potato spears mixed in a bowl with rosemary, paprika, garlic, tarragon, and butter. Oven-broiled asparagus.
