It looks maybe a little too reddish to be watermelon from the pic but when I was in that area (Cambodia, Vietnam, Thailand) watermelon juice was super common. It was the most delicious thing ever and I had it with every meal. I’ve never had anything like it in any other place, and I’ve tried myself to make it and it tastes awful when I do.
